Start Living - Start Dancing

Come and learn to Sequence Dance.
We hold a beginners class, every Tuesday at The Venue in Birstall, West Yorkshire, at 11:00am.

Our class is a great opportunity to get started with sequence dancing, whether you're a complete beginner or if you've done a little bit before, it is never too late to join our class to learn this fun and social style of dance.

Tomorrow, we will be revising the Catherine Waltz, Square Tango and the Rumba One and we should be able to make a good start on our new dance, the Saunter Together.

Enjoy learning the steps and moves while having a good time with others in the class, and don't forget to wear comfortable shoes and clothing for dancing.

Our Little Movers class will be restarting on Saturday at 10.00am. Its a great mix of Freestyle Disco, Street Dance , Ballroom and Latin for 4-6 year olds. We have places available if you have a child that would like to join us on Saturday.

Freestyle Acro Dance is a dance style that combines Freestyle Dance and acrobatic movements. The movements that Freestyle Acro Dancers can include in a dance routine include handstands, cartwheels, and handsprings.

While gymnastics is not a form of dance, it becomes a dance routine when the dancer coordinates the routine with the music and links the acrobatic movements with Freestyle Dance steps.
