The base coats that are used are enviromentally friendly and do not effect the integrity of the crash helmet.

This year has so far been none stop. One reason for that is because since January, I was tasked with doing the design work for Team RST. It's been a big project that covered a lot of the teams design work, but at the centre of it all was this stunning WSBK spec BMW M1000rr which Ian Hutchinson rode at the Isle of Man TT.

Recently, I did a little personal project for Paul Jordan and handed it over to him at the TT. After finishing Pauls last helmet, I had a vision of what I'd do next, Paul then said that he had a spare Nolan that I could do a one off paint job on it if I fancied it. Intially I aimed to have it done in time for the NW200, but with only two weeks till it would need posting, the deadline proved to be a little bit too tight.

He seemed to like it none the less.

There are not many places where you can get you bike MOT and serviced by a TT racer, but that's exactly what you get with Chris Moore at MW Motorcycles in Hyde. If you ever stopped by his workshop and had a chat with him, you'd never imagine he would lap the TT course along side the likes of Michael Dunlop and John McGuinness, but it's Chris' "down to earth" character that makes us at Dstore so proud to support him with his racing.

Chris has a new helmet for each TT, supplied by Dstore and custom painted by PaintNation, which he then gets expertly set up by Kyle at the Arai Helmets UK race service.

With the racing getting back underway at the Isle of Man TT Races, we want to wish Michael Evans and the Dafabet Racing team the best of luck. It was great to be a small part of the team preparations, along with PaintNation and it makes us so proud to see the Dstore logo on their bike as it laps the mountain course.

Back to this, never been seen before, Feed Me Shoei Ex-Zero from 2021. One side of the helmet was painted, freehand with paint pens by Jon himself and the other side by PaintNation, in the style of the previous FeedMe helmet that we did.

Andrews Arai RX7v Evo Barry Sheene replica. Andrew was a good friend of Barry's and also one of his biggest fans. He's always had replica helmets and also owns one of the originals. After struggling to find a painter to finish this replica off for him, we decided to get involved, and he was delighted with the result.
