POOL TABLE PRICE UPDATE 🎱

Just a quick update regarding the recent increase in the price of the pool tables.

The increase has come from Regal, and I want to make it clear that this was not something I was made aware of beforehand. I completely understand that some customers and teams are unhappy about it, and I’m currently speaking directly with Regal to see what we can do and whether there is a way forward that works for everyone.

I’ve now had a couple of people say they are refusing the new price, and I’m doing everything I can from my side to try and sort this out.

I would, however, really appreciate it if customers and teams could come directly to me with any concerns. I’m always happy to listen and try to help, but it’s disappointing to hear things have been discussed elsewhere or raised on Facebook before anyone has spoken to me.

We genuinely value everyone who uses our pool tables and the teams who play here, and I want to get this resolved as fairly as possible.

I’ll keep everyone updated once I’ve spoken further with Regal.

Thanks for your understanding and continued support of The Waterloo.
