We have over 200 registered pupils age 2+ and offer specialist tuition in the disciplines of Modern, Tap, Ballet, Street Jazz, Breakdancing, Acro and Singing. We pride ourselves in our warm and friendly atmosphere and the high standards our students consistently achieve. Central to life at The Dance Place is our annual Dance Sparkle show, held at The Horseshoe Showbar, which provides a fantastic

opportunity for the children to take part in a first class entertainment production. In addition to the annual show, we also hold regular reviews and enter our dancers and singers for Talent Shows and Competitions. We have our own Cabaret Group known as The Showtimers who, as well as providing entertainment in local hotels, undertake many charity performances and support local community events. The Dance Place has performed in almost every venue in Blackpool. These include the Operea House, Winter Gardens, The Grand Theatre, The Globe Theatre, The Horseshoe Showbar and The Paradise Room to name a few. The Dance Place has also appeared on SKY 1's Got To Dance. We don't view ourselves as just a dance school, we are a family and as such host regular discos and events for our children and their parents to build friendships and have fun together. ✨ NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS ✨

After a hugely successful year we are so excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our next Acro Dance Associates Programme starting in January! This programme has been created for dancers / gymnasts wishing to progress in the field of Acro, Dance, Strength, Flexibility & Tumbling and entry is by audition only. The course will be run by highly qualified and experienced teaching staff who hold a number of qualifications in both Acro, Dance & Gymnastics and have also trained world champions in Acro. The sessions will be held once a month in Blackpool and will run for 3.5 hours. Our programme is open to all dancers / gymnasts age 6+ with teachers permission.
