What an inspiring day at the IDTA World Dance Convention! ✨

Miss Vicky has had the opportunity to view the launch of the brand new Advanced 1 Contemporary Modern Jazz syllabus, as well as an incredible range of lectures and workshops led by some of the industry’s finest professionals.

The day included:
🩰 Ballet with Paul Clarke
👞 Tap with Jack Skelton
✨ Modern Jazz with Craig Wharmby
🎤 Commercial with Angel Wharmby
🎭 Musical Theatre with Joey Dockree
💃 And a fabulous, fun-filled warm-up to start the day with Dan Whiston!

Continuing professional development is so important, and we’re excited to bring fresh ideas, inspiration and the latest syllabus work back to our dancers. We can’t wait to share everything we’ve learned in class!

Well they only went and did it again!! 💜What a fantastic night at the Hits Lancashire!

With 12 schools taking part, our dancers absolutely smashed their Despicable Me performance, a well deserved amazing reaction from the audience. The children loved every minute, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single pupil for their hard work and confidence on stage.

A huge thank you to all our parents for your continued support — another brilliant evening to remember!

What an incredible time we had at the Celebration of Youth Show at The Joe Longthorne Theatre North Pier Blackpool ✨

The children were nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Each of the four performances brought something truly special to the stage—from the playful energy of the Minions to the charm and character of the Grannies. Every group gave it their all, and it really showed.

The audience absolutely loved it, and it was wonderful to see so many smiles, laughter, and support throughout the show. Moments like these remind us just how powerful creativity and teamwork can be.

I couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved—not just for their brilliant performances, but for the way they supported one another. The behaviour, kindness, and togetherness on display were just as impressive as the talent on stage. Massive thank you to the Chaperones too who as always made the chaos of backstage calm and enjoyable.

A truly memorable show—well done to each and every one of you! 👏💜

Grace started her journey at The Mullin Theatre School at just 4 years old, growing in confidence, talent, and passion every single year. From those early classes to the moment she left for university, she has always been a shining part of our school community—and now she’s taking that talent to the national stage!

She’s performing on Britain’s Got Talent tonight, and we couldn’t be prouder.
