Words like this make the hard work and effort put into organising extremely worthwhile.

On behalf of our organising committee and the club volunteers who put in hours of their time to make it happen… THANK YOU to all of you in the community for supporting us.

Everything has been dismantled and put away this morning, we’re all hoping for a good night's sleep tonight and will start planning for next year’s in September.

We are set up and ready for gates to open at 5pm.

We have a full evening of entertainment with 2 live bands, BBQ, fire show, funfair, 3 bars, hot drinks, sweets, flashing light toys and of course the best firework display in town from Essex Pyrotechnics 🎆🎇

Entry by ticket only. Last tickets available on line at, when they're gone they're gone!

NB: There is no parking on site, we ask you please to respect our neighbours within the vicinity of the rugby club if and when parking and to also PLEASE ENSURE you consider accessibility for emergency vehicles.

We will not be accepting £50 notes at any of the bars or at any concessions. Cash and Card payments accepted.

No sparklers or glass to be brought into our grounds please, it's for safety purposes as children will be playing rugby on Sunday morning.

It has been brought to our attention that unfortunately it appears scammers are active again this year offering tickets here on our page for sale which they allegedly can no longer use!

We would advise you to not engage with these posts and do not transfer any money!

Tickets are still available from our website.
