It's usually just me and my Chief Paw-sistant, Hugo, hard at work creating your personalised cards, gifts and keepsakes.

While I'm busy designing and making your orders, Hugo's important duties include quality control, supervising from the craft desk, requesting snack breaks, and boosting morale with plenty of cuddles! 🐾

Every order is made with love, care, and a little help from my favourite Frenchie. 🐶
