We will be back in person in September for a unique stanzas night with Oldbury Rep, opening the mic to comedians, musicians, singers, and of course poets! The ticket link for this is also in our bio and linktree, but we will be advertising this in due course, as well as our exciting update SOON........

Pure Open Mic Online Poetry Special!

Sandwell Stanzas will be returning this month for a virtual open mic night, where it will be a poetic stanza bonanza with no headliner, championing all the Sandwellian and Black Country voices we've heard so far during the first six open mic events around the six towns: West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Smethwick, Rowley, Oldbury, and Tipton.

Haven't been to the event before? No problem! Not from Sandwell? We forgive you and will let you off the hook! This cosy online special will give everyone with internet access a chance to join the FREE/PAYF event, running from 7pm to 9 pm on the 28th August via zoom, and you can book your place using the AccessAbilityArts Eventbrite link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/sandwell-stanzas-online-open-mic-night-august-2026-tickets-1993327229402 (also available in our linktree).

Stick your feet up with a cuppa and enjoy a quaint evening with us, showcasing the best of Sandwell Stanzas.
