Last night, we had the privilege of attending the Molly Rose Foundation Parliamentary Reception.

Huge thanks to the Molly Rose Foundation for the invitation and for creating a space where policymakers, campaigners, and young people could come together around one clear goal: making the online world safer and helping people live longer, healthier lives. ‘Live Long, Stay Strong.’

Hearing from speakers including Ian Russell MBE, Liz Kendall MP, Joani Reid MP, Andy Burrows and a youth-led speech from activist Rachel Talbot was incredibly powerful. From holding tech companies to account, to embedding media literacy into education, to centring lived experience in policy change — the work being led here is urgent, compassionate, and absolutely vital.

What stood out most was the shared belief that young people should be able to engage with technology — but in ways that prioritise safety, wellbeing, and prevention rather than harm.

At Preme Productions, our work in educational theatre is rooted in the same values: early intervention, honest conversations, and empowering young people with the tools to stay safe — online and offline. Events like this reinforce just how important cross-sector collaboration is if we want real, lasting change. Engaging our communities and young people through arts, activities, and empowering training is key.

Thank you again to the Molly Rose Foundation for the invitation and for the tireless work you continue to do. This is work that truly saves lives.

We endeavour to support and be part of the mission to make safer spaces for young people through our work.
