Carabela Dance Academy

Carabela Dance Academy Carabela Dance Academy has been running since 1983, and since 1999 under its current Principal, Carrie-Ann Evans. Lesson prices start from Β£3 per hour.

Carabela Dance Academy offers weekly lessons in Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Theatre Craft, Freestyle, Drama/Musical Theatre and Gymnastics for children aged 2 years and over. All students have the opportunity to participate in dance festivals, shows and events throughout the region and beyond. The IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) syllabus is followed and examinations are available the

rein. The emphasis at Carabela is to have fun and enjoy lessons, whilst learning creative skills in theatre dance subjects. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome. Uniform and dance shoes can be ordered in-house.

Today, Carabela Dance Academy closes its doors for the final time. πŸ’œπŸ’š

I would like to thank every dancer and parent who has been part of my journey; every teacher and colleague I have had the privilege of knowing and working alongside; and everyone who has played a role in this amazing story.

The past 27 years as Principal have been truly epic, and I have loved every single moment. I have lived my dream, but it is now time to perform my final curtsy and say goodbye. After 47 years dedicated to dance, it is time for a new chapter.

To my pupils and teachers:
Keep working hard.
Always believe in yourself.οΏ½Follow your dreams.οΏ½Dance like nobody is watching.
Love to you all.

To Miss Jasmyn:
I wish you every success with Studio 26. Stay true to who you are - you are amazing. I have faith in you, always. I cannot wait to see you reaching for those stars and doing brilliant things. Good luck!🌟
