I’m doing some prep as I’m taking part in the again this year. I’m going to do lino cutting again as I enjoyed it so much before. It’s the only time I’ve been able to finish the project.

Another menstrual cup post as it’s Endometriosis Awareness Month.

I tried a menstrual cup several years ago and it meant I could regain my freedom to leave the house. I’d be lost without mine now. I found out which one would work best for me by visiting the website and taking their Cup Quiz.

I thought that if you had heavy periods you couldn’t use a cup. This website and quiz showed me I could. If you experience very heavy periods you should visit the website and find out for yourself.

Day 15 - insta challenge with .weber

It was World Menopause Day yesterday! I didn’t post so I’m catching up now! Opinions on menopause seem to flip flop from ‘don’t mention it, how date you’ to ‘all your health issues are due to the change’.

I’m pleased to say that this year my health symptoms have been taken more seriously despite my age!

My post-covid sweats haven’t been put down to hot flushes. Today I was told my Adenomyosis was very likely here in my late 20’s - early 30’s too. It doesn’t change anything, but having such painful struggles acknowledged is very levelling.

Big hugs to anyone struggling with either extreme. Whether you are struggling to get your peri peri symptoms recognised in your 30’s, or maybe like me it’s been every pain and drop of sweat is the change. There needs to be more balance! No more flip flopping.
