Dancers of any level welcome from ages 4 upwards. At present we can't offer dedicated adult classes, but over 18s with experience of Irish dance are welcome to join our improvers/advanced class. Many of our adults compete and take grade exams, but it's not compulsory - you're welcome to join us just for fun, fitness and friendship, with no upper age limit.
