Project SoundLounge is a fun and vibrant youth-led music event in the prestigious Birmingham Town Hall every summer. Project SoundLounge is a youth development programme which aims to break down the barriers of working in the Arts. The Project enables young people aged 16-25 to create an arts festival in Birmingham. Using external and internal training and workshops the team will learn a variety of skills to enable them to work in the Arts. The group will take on the programming, producing and marketing of the festival and will build skills in artistic programming, digital media and communication.
