Following yesterday’s announcement, we were made aware that booking fees were not being repaid. We have since spoken to SeeTickets and they have agreed that all booking fees should be refunded. We’re grateful to them for working with us on this, and apologies for any upset caused. They have also confirmed that these refunds are now being processed.
Thank you to those who sent messages of support yesterday. Obviously we are gutted to have lost the event, and the cancellation comes at a huge financial cost to us. There are many reasons this cancellation took place, and it’s the last thing any of us wanted or needed, but the last 18 months have been brutal on the music industry as a whole with constant setbacks. We’re devastated, but hopeful that the future will be brighter. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.
