🏳️‍🌈 February is LGBTQ+ History Month – if you want to learn more about q***r experiences, or see yourself represented in media, we have just the thing for you!

📽️In 2020 we ran a watch-party event with CineQ, showcasing short independent q***r film in response to Domenico Beccafumi’s ‘Reclining Nymph’ – see the watch list on our YouTube.

CineQ is a Birmingham-based q***r film festival that makes QTIPOC (Q***r, Trans, Intersex, People of Colour) stories more accessible.

Inspired by the beautiful, androgynous water nymph in Beccafumi’s artwork, CineQ programmed a series of shorts that explores gender identity and expression, celebrating nonbinary, intersex and trans narratives.

🔗Experience the event again by viewing the full watch list on our YouTube – https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLwb63DloNjmZhM2A5qLBC1jLaRx54t7e&si=lvlVmkhVOZKdhY17
