Hard to believe we are half way through August. Just to say all choir rehearsals are starting back in September! Running a yoga class this morning and a short singing workshop on Friday. ###

Had a lovely day in Lincoln workshopping with the amazing Liz McIntosh of Sing It Loud Lincs . She brings joy to my life and I am grateful to have met her and thoroughly enjoyed singing with lots of wonderful singers today. Thank you.

Together, we'll explore how singing can help us express emotions that words sometimes can't, offering comfort, connection, and a sense of hope in the company of others.

Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life change, or simply feeling the weight of loss, you'll be warmly welcomed into a compassionate and non-judgemental space.
