WE'RE BACK!
Film fans can immerse themselves in a weekend full of some of the greatest and most influential films in anime cinematic history. Highlights include the 1995 version of ‘Ghost in the Shell,’ regarded as a landmark in anime, Satoshi Kon’s iconic 2006 movie ‘Paprika’; and more modern titles such as 2025’s ’Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc’ and 'Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-'.
Birmingham Anime Festival will take place at Mockingbird Cinema & The Nest Bar and Kitchen which provides film fans with a unique cinematic experience. It is nestled within the creative hub of Digbeth’s Custard Factory and surrounded by independent food and drink venues, all close to Digbeth coach station and Birmingham’s Bullring.
