From Damascus, Shaykh Muhammed Zaqir retracted the path of Mevlana Rumi, reviving the essence of Islam.

Founder of Rumi Revival, Shaykh Zaqir speaks of Islam from the lens of love and humanity, through the living tradition of the Mevlevi path. Just as Mevlana Jelal Al Din Rumi once studied in Damascus, Shaykh Zaqir walked in his footsteps; studying for 8 years at the prestigious Abu Nur Institute. He continued his sacred journey in the blessed lands of Tarim, Hadramaut, at Dar al-Mustafa, sitting with some of the most prominent scholars and inheritors of the tradition, both institutionally and privately.

Now, through Rumi Revival and his upcoming Islamic Studies course, Shaykh Zaqir invites seekers to reconnect with the essence of Islam: a path of love, knowledge, and remembrance.
