Cyanistes caeruleus. Parus major.

Do you get in a flap recognising your buzzards from your bulbuls? Get a bit twitch with your hawks and your hoary pufflegs? Stephen and Phalange have your beak.

Bird watching, or birding, is the observing of birds. Stephen Beak and Phalange Webb have been birding since 15th June 1984. They are considered experts. Not by the RSPB.

For One Night Only - crane your necks to the skies as they soar you through the tips and tricks you need to know to become an amateur Ornithologist. Described as “absolute lark” (Daily Quail) if you want to know about birds, these toucan do the job.

It's going to be a HOOT!

With Hannah Weetman and Gareth Williams.

CRAIG DEELEY: LITERALLY THE JOKE

🗓️ Sunday 11th Oct 2026
🕰️ 6:30pm
📌 CherryReds, John Bright Street, Birmingham
🎟️ Reserve FOR FREE (link in comments) then Pay What You Want on exit.

Part stand-up, part PowerPoint meltdown, Literally The Joke showcases the reactions of strangers on the internet when a comedian tries out new gags online.

The show takes a trip through the diverse and unexpected range of responses from those who explain the jokes back, to those who don't realise they are jokes, to the downright weird. Expect one-liners, self-deprecation, and a bit of camp thrown in for good measure.

Craig has been performing stand-up all over the UK (and beyond) since 2004. He supported Paul Sinha (The Chase, ITV) on his stand-up tour 2019-2020, and in 2022 he was a semi-finalist in the UK Stand-up Comedian of the Year competition.

"Craig Deeley makes me laugh, on and off Twitter, which is rare" - Sarah Millican
"Charming Brummie with a nice take on life" - Gay Times
"A cuddly version of Jimmy Carr" - Diss Corn Hall

Step into Heather Fox’s den for a glimpse at the greatest prime-time gameshow never made!

Self-proclaimed entertainment sensation Heather Fox (Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award nominee 2024 Lin Smith) invites you to the exclusive pilot taping of her ultimate masterpiece: Outfoxed.

Brimming with the hyperactive, nostalgic energy of classic 90s television, this fierce studio battle pits two plucky contestants against a highly-competitive third player: Heather herself.

To conquer the den and score points and bonus prizes, players must display great cunning and wit game after game. But with a host so foxy by name and by nature, they will need to be exceptionally sly to stay on top.

A luxury grand prize awaits the winner; unless, of course, the Wheel of Misfortune decides otherwise.

Will the contestants have what it takes, or will the entire room find themselves completely... Outfoxed?
