Hi everyone! We did a Holistic Healing Raag singing and Tabla demonstration at the Community Engagement Day event in Minworth at St George's Church. This a joyful family event organised by Sutton Coldfield NNS. There was lots of varied activities and all had a wonderful time. We hope to do more Holistic Healing sessions in Minworth in the near future. Watch this space! We are currently running free Holistic Healing sessions at St Chad's Church, funded by Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust. All welcome to join. We will resume there after the summer break on Wednesday 2nd September. See you then.

Our Holistic Healing session today at St Chad's Church Hall. This included Chef D who spoke about healthy lifestyle through better nutrition and the importance of our mind set to commit to a better self healing. This was followed by a Raag singing session, with participants learning to play Raag Bhairav scale on harmonium. An informative, inspiring and joyful session. We are at St Chad's Church Hall every Wednesday 10am - 11:30am. The sessions are free, all welcome to join.

Holistic Healing session at St Chad's Church Hall with Yoga-Chi and Raag singing. The group playing harmonium and singing a morning Raag, Raag Bhairav soothing to the heart and mind.
