Great music, exercise, new friends and plenty of laughs along the way.

🕺 COME ON GENTS – IT’S TIME TO TAKE THE LEAD!

Who says dancing isn’t for men? Think again!

Dancing is a fantastic way to keep fit, improve your balance and coordination, sharpen your mind and boost your confidence. And unlike the gym, you get great music, good company and plenty of laughs along the way!

Never danced before? Even better! Everyone has to start somewhere, and you might just surprise yourself!

💃 Ladies, if your partner needs a little encouragement, give him a nudge! 😉
