💔 OUTSTANDING INVOICES — £1,078.03 💔
Sadly, we currently have £1,078.03 in unpaid invoices.
It’s incredibly disappointing that each month we are left with such a large amount of money outstanding.
We make a conscious choice not to penalise the children when invoices haven’t been paid, because children aren’t responsible for household bills and we don’t feel it would be fair for them to miss out because of this.
However, we are a small business with huge overheads, and we rely on invoices being paid on time to keep everything running.
You wouldn’t have your hair done and leave without paying.
You wouldn’t have your nails done and leave without paying.
So why should dance classes be any different?
Our teachers and I have families too. We have mortgages/rent, household bills, children’s activities and everyday living costs — just like everyone else. Our wages can’t simply appear out of thin air when payments aren’t made.
I will always try to be understanding. I know that life can be difficult, circumstances change and sometimes people need a little support. If you’re struggling, please speak to me — I will always help where I genuinely can. ❤️
But unfortunately, there comes a point where kindness and understanding can be taken advantage of.
If you have an outstanding invoice, please make payment as soon as possible. Going forward, we kindly ask that all invoices are paid by their due date.
Thank you to everyone who consistently pays on time. It genuinely makes a huge difference to our small business and allows us to continue doing what we love. ❤️
