My home teaching room is lovely and cool! 🆒

Frozen ice pops are also available if you’d like to take one home with you. 😋🧊

All of my choir venues have adjustable air conditioning too, so everyone can stay comfortable. 🆒

Please wear cool, loose, comfortable clothing and make sure you’re well hydrated before attending your session for a much more enjoyable experience. 👍🏻

🎶☀️FOUR CONCERTS • FOUR AMAZING CAUSES • ONE INCREDIBLE SUMMER OF MUSIC! ☀️ 🎶

This July, Singing Sue’s Choirs are proud to present four unforgettable Summer Charity Concerts, each supporting a wonderful local charity close to our hearts. ❤️

Whether you love listening to talented young singers, energetic teenage performances, beautiful adult harmonies or our fantastic Teachers’ Choir, there’s something for everyone!

🎤 Saturday 4th July – Youth Choir
🚁 Supporting Great North Air Ambulance (GNAA)

🎤 Sunday 5th July – Teen Boyz Choir
👌🏻 Supporting Andy’s Man Club

🎤 Sunday 12th July – Adult Choir
💚 Supporting Teesside Dementia Link Services

🎤 Sunday 19th July – Teachers’ Choir
💛 Supporting Remembering Rebecca

A fabulous singing session with Lyla today! 🎶

We worked hard on acting through song and developing her facial expressions using mirror work. Lyla did a fantastic job and gained a much greater understanding of how to tell a story through expression and performance.

It was lovely to have Alexander back in my teaching room today for a visiting session. We had a lovely catch-up and a great time together at the piano.

He most definitely appreciated my nice, cool teaching room on this very hot day, and happily nibbled away at a refreshing frozen ice pop! 🍦❄️

🎶🤍 TEACHERS’ CHOIR TONIGHT 🤍🎶

Some rehearsals remind you exactly why you love making music.

Tonight was one of them.

I left on an absolute high.

The sound this choir produced was extraordinary—beautiful tone, rhythmic precision, expressive dynamics, and storytelling that genuinely moved me.

Week after week, they continue to amaze me.

They just get me.

As a conductor, that’s a rare and wonderful feeling.

And I love it. 🤍

A little favour to ask from our longer-serving parents or former members of youth choir (in the last year or two)…

Does anyone happen to have a small-size Academy T-shirt that they no longer need?

Or perhaps your child is currently wearing a small but is just about ready to move up to the next size, and you’d be happy to part with it?

This is for a child aged 6–7 years (or a very small child of that age).

I’m currently sold out of this size and need one for a new starter, so if you can help, please get in touch with me ASAP.
