We had a lovely day yesterday, all thanks to the set up and sound management of Richie. He helped performers change over smoothly and ensured you sounded as good as possible in the hot, hot sun! He worked his socks off.

The support given by Mark was appreciated when Richie needed a break and to perform himself with Hollydogs.

To all at Billingham Catholic Club who helped to organise and run yesterday's Charity Garden Party.... Members and Friends.
Where do we begin to thankyou all for your kindness and generosity at your amazing Garden party / fund raiser on Sunday for PSP. (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). It was a truly fun day for all, young and old alike, made possible by your extraordinary efforts including ensuring all were safe in the sun, with lots of gazebos and umbrellas. The children had fun all day on the bouncy castles and the great Music & laughter rang out as people met up with friends and family.
Where better would you find such kindness afforded in a community than in a little club in the North East... Billingham Catholic Club.
We have been members for ever. Bill since he could buy his first pint and he has repeated that traditition each Friday with his school pals ever since!! We are sooo privileged to have the best of friends anyone could wish for.
The years go by but those friendships remain cherished and strong.
Thankyou with all our heart. .this little club in the North East of England is where friendships are nurtured and cherished.

Looking forward to your garden party performances today?

Beer garden open from 10.30 am for those performers coming to help set up.

The garden opens to the public and any non-helping performers at 12 noon.

The Merlin's Annual Barrel Push will soon be upon us and one of their stop offs is our little club. The event organisers have dropped us a message to ask if anyone would like to do a few songs at a couple of stopping points to provide the cheer and motivation to keep them going! Its thirsty work pushing a barrel all over Billingham for charity!

Anyone who can give up a bit of their time for a great cause, comment below and we'll match you up with a checkpoint.

HERE IS YOUR LINEUP / PLAYING ORDER FOR THE FIRST GARDEN PARTY OF 2026 (Sunday 24th May)

This is the plan for a good weather day. If it is a washout we will have a wet weather plan in place which means reduced playing times and an earlier finish to allow for our rig to pack down and time for the evening's band to set up, as we would be sharing a stage.

This Saturday, we welcome back THE ALEX FAWCETT BAND, an outstanding blues outfit playing the best selection in the wide-ranging genre of blues, including their own original tracks. Many people who have seen this band say that their original music is even better than the covers.

We'll be there with a pint and a seat. You don't want to miss out on this one!
