Cancellations & refunds
Not a post I'd like to be writing, but I feel it sadly needs to be written after a not so great experience this evening.
When booking, you cannot officially place your booking until you confirm you have read our terms & conditions, where it states refunds for choosing to cancel, is not an option. We will always offer a date change if you are needing to cancel so that no money is lost, as we understand there are always circumstances out of your control which can't be helped, even last minute if we are able to, but unfortunately due to the fees we are charged by both our business account and stripe, along with not being able to fill booked spots last minute, refunds are not an option, which you agree to when booking.
We put our all into ensuring we do what we can for customers, both our regulars and new, so being met with rude and demanding messages is a real set back and makes you lose faith in what you're trying to build as a small business.
So please, can we ask that you read the terms & conditions before you book in and if you don't agree to them, please don't book, thank you.
