Yesterday a team of students traveled to Essex to take part in a Musical Theatre Event. We are beyond proud of how everyone gave it their absolute best, and how their confidence and joy grew as the day went on. We absolutely loved watching and cheering on the other talented schools that took part and a huge Thankyou to all the team Showstoppers Competition for making us feel so welcome and organising such a fab day 🤩 Well done team 🤩⭐️🏆

It was an emotional end to show day as we said goodbye to three of our youth group, all 18, and ready to continue their journey in life. We also celebrated 10 years of Dreams for Amber and Talia, so proud of them all ❤️

It’s Monday Morning, back to school and work, but we couldn’t be prouder teachers this morning of all our students who absolutely rocked it on stage yesterday, you were AWESOME 🤩
Thankyou to all the parents for your support as always, we are so lucky to have the most supportive encouraging village ❤️🤩

What a week! We have had the best time taking part in our very first Music Speech and Drama Festival. We are so proud of all the brave children that took to the stage this week, what superstars 🤩Thankyou to the team and volunteers Bedfordshire Festival of Music, Speech and Drama who made us feel so welcome. We have thoroughly enjoyed watching all the amazing talent from all the other schools.
We will do a round up of all the classes we entered over the next week, we have one more group of singers heading off tomorrow for the final day, have a wonderful time team 🎭🎶🤩

Huge Well done to our youth group students who did a fabulous job performing their play for the first time for family and friends last Friday. We had some great feedback from the National Connections director who came to visit. Next stop Royal and Derngate 👏👏👏

We have 30 students entering this festival for the very first time and we are looking forward to celebrating the performing arts and learning from this new experience. It is open to members of the public if you would like to come along and watch, we will be singing, acting and reciting poetry 🎭

Who's spotted our banners outside the Corn Exchange and the Harpur Suite? 👀

We have over 1,300 performances due to take place from 7th to 14th March and all events are open to the public, so if you fancy coming to see some exceptional musicians and actors take to the stage, you can join us for just £3 for a whole morning, afternoon or evening of entertainment!

That sounds like an amazing bargain to us - we hope you can join us to enjoy the finest talent that the county has to offer. Tickets are available now via the website or can be purchased on the door during Festival week.
