Hi, I’m Nicola Andrew, a painter inspired by the wild, poetic beauty of the Scottish landscape I call home. My work celebrates nature’s fleeting moments, the shifting light, changing seasons, and quiet presence of trees that tell their own stories of time and resilience. Rooted in a lifelong love of literature, I see the landscape as a living narrative, filled with meaning and memory. Born in Lond
on and now living in a rambling farmhouse near Edinburgh with my husband, seven cats, and twelve chickens, I find daily inspiration in the world around me. After studying oils at the Glasgow School of Art, I dedicated myself to capturing the fragile beauty of our environment through vegan, sustainable materials. My hope is that each painting invites others to pause, reflect, and cherish the natural world that sustains us.
