So about the weekend… Here For The Music - OTR: Biggest Little Festival

3 Days of Live Music, indoors in June!

Now I know this wasn’t for everyone, but we rolled with it anyways and just about pulled it off with everyone in attendance having a blast.

The doors opening wide after every set allowed any heat and dirty air escape and the fans gave an extra boost on the few occasions it was needed. That was the major concern and I think we got away with it 🤞

We may not have been in a field but you wonderful lot certainly brought the field feels indoors and I loved watching on seeing how much fun everyone was having!

Some BIG thank yous needed though as without these people, things wouldn’t have happened or been so smooth!

The main man Ben Nigh! Mr Palladium Club himself! With a buggered back all weekend, was still present all 3 days running the sound desk and pumping the tunes in between!

Team HFTM was a bit smaller this year BUT my adopted Devonshire parents Ali and Rich were absolute troopers all weekend in prep, delivery and pack down alongside my right hand man Max who travelled from Farnborough with me. Very lucky to have these beauties support all weekend.

Team Pally! Lynn, Sara, Pete and Age smashed it!! Never a wait at the bar, Age keeping tables clear, Sarah keeping us spotless and everyone having a great time! Special mention to Andras who assisted Ben with changeovers and tech on stage over Fri and Sat, a man of many talents.

Great to have so many new bands and artists to showcase in front of festival regulars and some amazing feedback from everyone!! Too many highlights to tag so thank you to the entire lineup as together you made it an incredible weekend of music.

All of you wonderful humans that took a chance and got a ticket for an indoor event in June… Love you all!! Thank you all so much for joining us in Bideford and keeping all things HFTM alive whilst we work on our future plans!!

Special mention to the wifey who stayed at home with my two little reprobates all weekend whilst we had fun 😅

Memories were made and good times were had!! Cheers all 🍻

YOU LOT ARE FECKING AWESOME!!!

The journey back has begun! I will reflect more once home and hugged my wife and kids but just for now THANK YOU!!

VERY different to being in a field for a weekend I know but, plenty of laughs, hugs, memorable moments and good times!! Forever grateful for you all buying tickets, taking a chance one me and allowing these event ideas to become a reality!!

OHH F**CK ME ITS CLAATTERS!! A talent who is very much part of the furniture! He plays slots (and secret gigs) even when he isn’t on the lineup BUT he was definitely scheduled to play for us today and THAT HE DID. From HFTM to Glasto… Thank you sir FMI Clatters

Leaving the audience with a ‘Good Feeling’ after a superb set on this Sunday Afternoon, the always popular Mexican Dave! He’ll be ‘Leaving This Town’ tomorrow and heading back to Bristol but made Bideford his home for the weekend!!
