My pretzel girl Meg- oh how I miss her banter! She selfishly decided to live out most people’s wild fantasy &buggar off to Europe and travel!!! Anyway this girl is so beautifully bendy & has a cracking figure so her bends & curves make the MOST stunning shapes!!! Miss you, you beauty! 💕

💃🏼 Amy Rowham
Super strong, effortless shoot from Amy, who couldn’t do this years shoot due to surgery. 😭 As I hardly posted any from last year (too busy) I thought let’s post them now and who better to start off with - Amy’s confidence with pole has grown so much over the years, each year being a little more daring than the last. She has all the foundations which make a great versatile poler and allows her the ability to play with shapes… Queen of consistency! Beautiful shoot my love! ♥️

💃🏼 Kloe Crawford
My goodness🤩 what a shoot. 📸 I’ve known Kloe since she was kid, she is from a gymnastics background & family (her family own a club). She was/is an incredible gymnast. She coaches too, so she is easy to teach as she understands the physics! She’s fearless and tough! Those hundreds of hours of conditioning paid off & helped make the transition to pole easier! … she joined us in the Jan, having never poled… then bashed out these in April- INCREDIBLE!!! - we are all in awe & very jealous (in an admirable way) but seriously, her years of training and commitment to her sport is why she took to pole as she did. Seriously impressive, beautiful and strong - 💕 take a look at the Highlights for the full pictures!!!

Tammy is another longstanding member - her 6th photoshoot! Tammy is an extremely consistent poler!!! So we are gutted she has to take a break for surgery!!! But she’s determined to come back when she’s ready and has her eyes set on next years photoshoot! 🤞🏼 she is breeze to teach & dream in photoshoot as she picks her moves then locks in! Effortless!!!! 💕

💃🏼 Sophie Marsh
Pole Amours original girl… she’s been with me from the start! ☺️🥰 our Soph is just phenomenal 🥹 she makes me so proud, she has just the right amount of everything to make her an exquisite ‘poler’ a gymnastics background, so she is strong, resilient & focused- she knows that these tricks take time. She is very bendy (h-m) so she can create super shapes- but we do have to watch we don’t take it too far. She has the right attitude … to just give it a go!!! And what a result 🥰

💃🏼 Nell Dalton
This one is a hard one to post…this shoot was set to be a breeze. Nell had seriously committed to her training not only for this shoot but, a the blinking London Marathon a week or 2 after. Her training was going so well for both (other than a bit of irritating cramp!) but behind these absolutely EPIC (might I add) moves is a story of a freak accident. A little slip out of a move she had done with ease, a fall that ended up as a broken wrist! 😭😭😭😭 my first ever as an instructor and I felt so guilty! I’m pretty hands on - but in shoots - I can’t be as close (for obvious reasons!) Nell didn’t get to finish her shoot- her mum had to drive her to hospital and she had it cast! Despite being told not to, she still did the Marathon too in epic time!!!! So although it didn’t go to plan, this shoot taught Nell how bloody resilient she is. Strong mentally and physically. It humbled us all! The good news is she’s back at pole, inverting and with full mobility 💪🏽 ‘the come back is greater than the set back!’ Plus these pictures are incredible!!!!! We will never feel the same about again !
Nell I am BEYOND proud of your pole journey & your fitness journey! 💪🏽💕

💃🏼 Sarah Smith
Sarah is a pole returner 💪🏽 and what a comeback!!! She didn’t pick easy moves, but looks strong, beautiful and effortless! It takes guts to come back after extended break, knowing how hard it was before- to then return and train hard achieve a gorgeous shoot like this is very admirable! Your rock Sarah! 💪🏽💕💪🏽
