Tues 9am
Wed 6pm or 8pm
Fri 9am.

Only 1 day or evening session will run. . . 10places only….

🎉 NEW BEGINNERS POLE🎉
We have 10 spaces on our NEW beginners course!
You don’t need to be strong to start, you get pole fit, from doing pole. The beginners course is designed to build strength as you go, with various conditioning exercises to help your body gain strength where it’s needed. We are a welcoming studio where we have fun, make friends and learn awesome skills, poses, spins.

We are a members only group, where training is consistent & we work towards an optional annual Photoshoot. Please take a look at the grid for a sneak peek at our last shoot!!! Some of the clients had only been taking lessons with me for 6 months before they did this, some have been with me for 10years.
My client retention is great, with lots of us now close friends! We always have a giggle in class & some of my girls say, it’s their therapy! 🥰
