📢Shout out to some of our awesome cheerleaders today!!! They have Tumble skills to work towards to stay in the team & need to demonstrate this before they level up! We want to shine a light and say how proud we are of these girls. They have worked really hard since September towards the annual show & haven’t had much time to work on these, but today we did a skills check and all these girls have managed new skills since Sep. They are also working on Level 2 skills such as handsprings and sommies.
Our Level 1 skills this season are:
1) Cartwheel, 2) Handstand FW roll, 3) Backwards roll to handstand, 4) BW walkover, 5) FW walkover, 6) BW walkover switch leg, 7) 1-handed cartwheel, 8 ) round off.
Connected skills:
1) FW walkover- Cartwheel- BW walkover
2) Cartwheel- BW walkover- change leg BW walkover.

This list isn’t exclusive it’s a few basics and skills we want the girls to have for our routines.

Feet Beats Academy September 2025/26 Timetable.
A few class changes this year, an exciting new relocation for our competitive cheerleading teams, a new merge with local schools providing school cheerleading programmes! 21years later and still going strong & growing!
We have a few places left (lots of classes are full or registration is closed due to our 21st annual show. )
Looking to take on new students for trails in December!
