Natasha Flowers Pilates Pilates in Bicester and surrounding villages Giving you a leaner, supple and toned body.

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise and will help improve posture, muscle tone, flexibility, core strength, joint mobility and relieve stress and tension. Whatever your current fitness level I will tailor classes to suit you, allowing you to work at your own pace. There will be adaptations and progressions for each exercise and I combine traditional methods with modern techniques. My class sizes are limited so students can get individual attention to get the most from their session.
