🌸 A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes 🌸

This piece is a reflection of the dreams I’ve wished for over the years, inspired by the simple magic of blowing dandelions. 🌼

I wished for beautiful, healthy, happy daughters, and that dream came true. The portrait is my youngest daughter, making a wish of her own.

On the back is a dream I’m still working towards: a home in the woods, beside the water, surrounded by miniature animals, with a VW camper ready for adventures. 🌲

And somewhere along the way, I dreamed of becoming Elite Body Painter of the Year. This year, I came second, missing first place by just one point. 🥈 And honestly, I’m incredibly proud of that.

Ten years ago, I began my body painting journey at the Living Art Show. I could never have imagined then where this path would take me. I couldn’t have imagined the artist, or the person, I would become.

Ten years of creating, learning, growing, falling, rebuilding and finding my way back stronger each time. My world has been turned upside down more than once, but through it all, art has remained a constant.

I’m incredibly grateful for every person, every experience and every opportunity that has shaped this journey. I’m also incredibly lucky to share it with my husband, the best face and body painter in the world, who has been beside me through the past 7 years. ❤️

Thank you to the Living Art Show for being where this journey began, and for giving me a place to dream, create and grow for the last ten years.

What started as a dream has become a life I could never have imagined. ✨

Here’s to the next chapter, and to never stopping wishing. 🌸. 🥈

✨ THE END OF AN ERA ✨

Saturday , I came 2nd in Elite Body Painter of the Year 2026 at the Living Art Show. 🥈🎨

Ten years ago, I started my body painting journey right here at Maui Waui. Ten years later, I’ve returned to the place where it all began and somehow found myself standing as 2nd Place Elite Body Painter of the Year.

It feels incredibly humbling and very, very special. 🖤

This was also the last ever Maui Waui Festival, and the final Living Art Show in its current form. It feels strangely fitting that this chapter of my journey should close where it began.

I’m endlessly grateful to the Living Art Show, Maui Waui, the artists, models, photographers, friends and everyone who has supported me throughout the last ten years.

The Living Art Show is moving forward, transforming into something new, and I absolutely cannot wait to see where it goes.

Ten years. One incredible journey. And now, a brand new chapter. ✨🎨🖌️🫟🧙‍♀️🐺

✨ Full circle moments like this are pure magic. 🌿💚

Last year at Fantasy Forest, I had the honour of painting a beautiful Tree of Life on this wonderful mama’s bump, celebrating the little life growing within.

This year, we got to meet the gorgeous little one who was nestled beneath the paint. 🥹 And to make it even more special, Nick painted Mama’s face while I cooed at the baby in the castle.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do. Watching families grow, returning year after year, and becoming part of this incredible Fantasy Forest community is such a privilege.

Here’s to many more years of watching your family blossom. Thank you for letting us be a tiny part of your story. 🌳✨💚

What an AMAZING time I had face painting at a K-pop Demon Hunter themed 4th birthday party this weekend! 🎤🖤✨

From fierce little demon hunters to glittery superstar looks, the children’s creativity was absolutely incredible… and I even got to meet the real-life Rumi, which was SO cool! 🐾💫

There were smiles, sparkles, paint-covered hands, and so much fun from start to finish. These magical party moments are exactly why I love what I do 🥹🎨

Summer party season is officially waking up like a glitter dragon, and I can’t wait to be painting lots more little faces over the next few months! ☀️🦋🌈

Almost 10 years ago, I painted a Lion King design on a beautiful pregnant bump… and this weekend, I got to face paint the little girl who was inside that bump 🦁✨

Honestly, moments like this feel like pure magic. To be invited into families’ lives for these special milestones, memories, celebrations and tiny moments of joy is such a blessing.

From baby bump art to face paint sparkles nearly a decade later… my heart can’t quite believe it 🥹💛

The Circle of Life really does come full circle sometimes 🎨👑

What an absolute pleasure it was to body paint at on behalf of 👽✨

We went full sci-fi dreamscape, blending different alien species into one cosmic creation, while celebrating Steph & Nick being identical twins… complete with their two wonderfully weird alien-grown babies 🛸💫

There’s something so special about painting together, and this event never disappoints. The whole weekend felt magical from start to finish, with the warmest atmosphere and the loveliest people. We were treated like royalty every step of the way.

Huge thank you to Angela and James at for looking after us so beautifully. Your B&B is honestly one of our favourite places on Earth 🌍💜
