OK then, time for two different versions of the same song on Beverley FM in '𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲'.

Today's song was originally written and recorded in 1978 by Californian musician Andrew Gold, with Freddie Mercury providing uncredited harmony vocals on the track. Although not a huge hit in his native America, the song reached number five in the UK.

Fast-forward 14 years and British group Undercover re-imagined, re-recorded and re-released a dance version of the song, also reaching number five in the charts towards the end of 1992.

Today's song was originally written in 1967 and was recorded by Frankie Valli , although it was never a hit in the UK until it was recorded and released the following year by Andy Williams, when it reached number five in early 1968.

Fast-forward 14 years and San Francisco post-disco group Boys Town Gang re-imagined, re-recorded and re-released their version of the song. It topped the charts in The Netherlands, Belgium, Mexico and Spin and reached number four in the UK in the Summer of 1982.
