☀️ Summer Workshop Week ☀️
Our Summer Workshop Week gives children the opportunity to work towards a fantastic performance on the Friday afternoon! On the Monday they can choose a song, a dance, and a script or poem to rehearse throughout the week, receiving expert tuition and support to help build their confidence and develop their performance skills.

Alongside rehearsals, we’ll enjoy plenty of drama games, time in the adventure playground, and a selection of board games and puzzles for even more fun and creativity.

We can’t wait to see everyone shine on stage! 🎭✨

Lauren is at the King’s Head tomorrow, it is wonderful to see your photos of how much the children love the class with her. Lauren’s sunny nature, attention to detail and creativity, not to mention her obvious love of people, and especially children and babies makes her just fabulous at this job! Our classes are sensory- to aid in children’s development and help them grow and learn, which we love, but just as important: we focus on music throughout the class- particularly banging, tapping, patting and shaking in time every lesson for all ages. Today in our walking-3yrs class our children were banging a 4:4 time, something that is quite natural, but more amazingly they were banging a 2:4 time- a slower beat that is much more difficult to keep in time, especially at their age! It was a proud teacher moment to watch them doing this! I tell the parents each class that ‘your children will all be music geniuses when they are older because you’re tapping their knees and shoulders from 6wks old’ it’s said in jest, but really there is a foundation that is being built by using instruments each week and feeling the rhythm of a piece of music through their Mum’s patting and bouncing every class!

This half term we are brainstorming and script writing for our new short film! 🎥 🍿👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 (This is a trailer for the short film we produced in 2023)
Rehearsals will start in September and we will film it in February. Now is the perfect time to come along for a free trial if you’d like your child to be involved!
It is such a wonderful opportunity for the children to be involved in the making of a short film from start to finish. We had some very excited students (and teachers) yesterday coming up with ideas of storylines, characters, scenes, montages, songs and ‘shots’ it was incredible to hear them getting so excited about it! 😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💜

We’re back this week at all of our beautiful venues! We’ve been singing about weather 🌦️ and learning colours in our walking-3yrs and sitting-walking classes. With colour sorting for our older ones and playing with our weather bottles and listening to instrumental rhymes with our younger ones! Our newborn-sitting classes are exploring discovery baskets and singing space themed songs with some sensory lights to engage them and practice their tracking! 😍💜 To book a free trial contact Aimee on 07790081271 or email [email protected]
