A small life update… I’ve been quiet again recently due to a severe endometriosis flare up, where I ended up in hospital last week.
Living with a chronic condition means some days — and sometimes whole seasons — look very different than planned. Endo was a huge part of why I stepped away from dance: the exhaustion, the pain, and trying to push through an illness I didn’t fully understand at the time.

Pilates has become a way for me to rebuild strength, reconnect with movement, and create something sustainable for my body and my life.
Plans are still very much happening — just at a gentler pace while I recover.

It’s been a while… Closing my dance school was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and stepping away from this space took more out of me than I expected.
But I’m back — rebuilding, retraining, and reconnecting with what I love.
I’m currently studying with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) to bring physio‑based Pilates to you: posture, alignment, injury rehab and prevention.
As I grow into this next chapter, this page will begin to shift from dance to Pilates — still movement, still community, just in a different form (and maybe still a hint of dance 😊)
Thank you for sticking with me. A new chapter starts now.
