These classes are all about intentional movement — helping you build strength, improve posture, mobilise, support alignment and de-stress, while moving in a way that feels good for your body.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, come along and enjoy an hour dedicated to moving, strengthening and feeling your best. 💚

As many of you know, I’ve transitioned from dance teaching into physiotherapy‑based Pilates — bringing everything I’ve learned about movement, strength, and confidence into a new space.

Embodied with Erin is all about helping you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body — whether you’re recovering from injury, easing tension, or simply wanting to feel good again.
