There’s a new cat in the front of the shop, and he’s full of pens.
The Legami erasable pens have quietly become one of the things people come back in for — gel ink that rubs out clean with the cap, no ghosting, no roughed-up paper. Handy for anyone who plans in a diary and changes their mind twice a week.
Now with refills in black, blue, purple, pink and green. A pen you get on with doesn’t have to be a one-off.
Two new faces this week: a gorilla and a chicken. Come and have a rummage.

The Pink Pig wall is full again.
Back in for the new term — every size and just about every colour. Proper heavy cartridge paper that takes a wash without buckling, and the wire binding means they open flat, which matters when you’re working on a desk that isn’t your own.

Calling all pastel artists. No more getting your hands dirty in store.

Unison Colour singles now come individually packaged - so you can stand at the rack, pick through the greys, read the numbers, put them back, and leave with clean hands. Anyone who has browsed loose singles knows exactly why this is good news.

He’s painted quietly for forty years from a hay barn on the Glentoran estate. Next year his studio goes to France — so this is the last of the work available in Belfast.
Eleven originals, fifteen limited editions, many never exhibited.

That’s Daniel on the squeegee, and the design coming through is drawn from ancient Irish rock art — the spirals and carved lines cut into stone here thousands of years before anyone wrote a word down.
