YOUR REGISTRATION AREA IS IN ANOTHER CASTLE!

That's right this year Registration has moved! You can now find Registration in the Peter Froggatt Centre. We will have volunteers around to help find it and help people join the queue! We will also be sharing some short videos on how to get to specific places so please look out for those if unsure!

Alternatively, if you have any questions about where it is, please ask any volunteer or consult the map below!

Yet again we are partnering with Northern Ireland Developers to shine light on new, local talents! Come by to the 1st Floor in SU, check out new games and familiarise yourselves with local companies.

GATHER YOUR TEAM AND GET READY!🔫

We are excited to announce we are running an Overwatch 2 event at Q-Con in partnership with QUB Esports. It will take place in the Students Union on the 3rd Floor in the Sunset and Light Rooms. We expect up to 8 teams playing over the weekend, and we can host qualifiers on the QUB eSports discord server if we get oversubscribed

Dates for the event are the 20th and 21st of June and games will start at 10:00 AM each day. We have 10 gaming laptops (144hz 1440p) headsets will provided, but we would recommend players to bring their own mouse, mousepad and keyboard.

Do NOT bring a monitor with you.

To enter the tournaments you need a valid Q-Con ticket, no additional entry fee for the tournament itself. Rules and other information can be found on our website.

Prize pool is £800 with a 3 way split - £500 - £200 - £100. This will be given in Amazon gift cards.

Admins reserve the right to ask players to change icons or use streamer mode.

Players are expected to maintain a level of respect for each other failure to do so will result in disqualification

Players are expected to arrive on time for games - schedule will be provided closer to the event. For every 5 minutes you are late a map will be forfeited.

Players are expected to follow all Q-con rules and may be asked to leave the venue for breaching any of the T&C's

THE ADVENTURE DELVES DEEPER INTO THE DUNGEON

Roleplaying Games are live and ready to go. Check out the website for all your RPG needs, including Vampire The Masquerade, Pathfinder, Star Trek and many more ready to pique your interest and push your limits.

We got themes of fantasy, techno, horror and even a live action roleplay session with the Smurfs.

Come on down to the Peter Froggatt Centre for all your dragon and dice fantasies! We're running games across the entire weekend, so be sure to check out the schedule on our website.

Sign-ups for games will be taken on the day at Roleplaying Games desk on the 1st floor of the PFC.

So don't delay and make sure you come down and attend Roleplaying Games this year at Q-Con!

Some roleplaying events are listed as 18+ and as such can only be attended by attendees with the 18+ events wristband.
These events that would not be suitable for younger audiences are being ran in rooms away from normal traffic of the event to prevent any distress.

Get your best songs ready because, KARAOKE IS BACK! Up to 4 people can sing at the same time so if you want to sing together with friends, strangers or just by yourself come along and sing your heart out!

We will be waiting for you at the SU Wee Bar on Saturday the 20th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This event is open to under 18s. Please keep this in mind when submitting requests on the day as we cannot accept explicit song requests at this event.

To submit song requests please approach the table and fill out a sign up sheet or alternatively you can also find sign up sheets at THE Cosplay table next to Mandela Hall before the event!

LET THE MAGIC GATHER🧙‍♂️

Card Games at Q-CON 2026 are back. If you're looking to Jumpstart into Magic: The Gathering, Clash with Flesh and Blood or throw back into Standard with Yu-Gi-Oh!, come on down to the second floor of the Peter Froggatt Centre.

Whether you are a new dueler or an old champion, we've got you covered with free-with-ticket entry tournaments and learn-to-play events on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of June.

Plus we have a number of wonderful events being run by our partner Replay Games at Q-Con which you can now also check out on the website including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering.
