It’s the simple that brings joy!!! This was one of my favourite moments of sauna camp, and perhaps favourite moments of all time!!! Being creative together, totally chill and content, listening to beautiful live music ❤️

I completed this last September and loved every minute of it at with Sauna has opened up a new world for me and my family, and I fully believe in the benefits of it - Egos and insecurities are set aside We relax and become grounded Conversations sooth the soul Human to human - it’s really special! The sauna holds people in a way that they need-in way that they didn’t know they needed ❤️ Tomorrow is another stage for me and my learning of sauna, beginning with the British Sauna Summit in Brighton ❤️

Happy Days Arts are delighted to launch our inclusive Creative Summer Scheme this July for neurodivergent children aged 8–11 years old 💛. a big thank you to the Belfast city council for supporting our programme.

Designed to provide a calm, welcoming and supportive environment, children will explore:
