Anything to Declare is multi-art form contemporary creative response to the border on the island of Ireland. It is not a comment on its future rather on its existence.

Anything to Declare was originally created and presented in the border village of Swanlinbar in 2024 and is now being reimagined as part of Féile Derry 2026 with an exciting new commission from Derry based composer/mixer/producer Caolan Austin

Here we briefly profile one of performers and pieces of work being presented as part of Anything to Declare:

Dylan Quinn: Dancer, Choreographer and Artistic Director of Dylan Quinn Dance Theatre presents “wounded"

A solo dance dance performance that explores the physical, emotional and eternal impact of the creation of the border. presented to 42 people, 21 one sitting either side of a dimly lit room. With movements that carve through the space and actions that violently shudder "wounded" leaves a deep impression.

“Anything to Declare” will be presented on 13th and 14th August at 7.30pm. Tickets and further information are available via Féile Derry Eventbrite page.

We're so excited for audiences to see this film. 🎬

LuailDance and filmmaker Nicky Larkin have created something truly special — To This I Belong, a documentary film following four choreographers across the island of Ireland, their dance rooted in land, memory, and belonging.

Tobi Omoteso (Limerick), Lucia Kickham (Wexford), Edwina Guckian (Leitrim), and Dylan Quinn (Fermanagh) — four voices, four provinces, one remarkable portrait of an island in motion.

The film has its world premiere at Docs Ireland Film Festival on June 20th at 3.30pm. This is one not to miss.

Our Moonlight Dream tour has come to an end — for now.

A huge thank you to the staff teams Dublin Dance Festival and The Ark Dublin for their warm welcome and to the wonderful audiences who joined us to dream.

Thank you to our brilliant creative and technical team: choreographer Georgia Tegou, composer and live musician Ursula Burns, set & lighting designer Ciarán Bagnall, costume designer Úna Hickey, technical manager Alan Clarke, technician Stephen Quinn and PR Sarah Hughes.

A very special thank you to the talented performers who brought the show to life — our celestial musician Ursula Burns, Bear Sandy Cuthbert, Fox Janie Doherty, curious child Andrea Madore, and baby Bear Martha Tribe.

Dream well, until our next moonlit meeting. ✨

Moonlight Dream is a Maiden Voyage Dance production, co-commissioned by Maiden Voyage Dance and LuailDance. Maiden Voyage Dance is principally funded by Arts Council of Northern Ireland and supported by Belfast City Council
