With over 100 events across 10 days, EastSide Arts Festival is bringing a packed programme to East Belfast from 24 July to 2 August. From music, comedy and theatre to walks, workshops and family days, there is plenty more to get stuck into.

Some of the music events coming your way include SOAK, EastSide Electronics, Gareth Dunlop, and plenty more besides.

Whether you are after a big night out with your mates, live music from local and touring artists, or something a bit different close to home, there is plenty happening in the east this summer.

Good Eggs Round up !🍳

Thanks to the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, we have provided over 30 artists with specialist training through our Artist Support Programme 'Good Eggs', to equip them to work in the community.

We have supported artists to develop their own funded projects, signposted to paid opportunities and further training, and brought artists on board to work on EastSide Arts projects. ⭐

We're delighted to announce Gareth Dunlop at Titanic Distillers Pumphouse as our 2nd event of EastSide Arts Festival 2026, ahead of our full programme launch in June.

One of Irelands most revered songwriters takes to the stage at the Pumphouse for a night of songs and the stories behind them. Accompanied by his band of incredible musicians, expect music from previous albums as well as songs yet to be heard.

An idea born from stripped back rehearsal sessions, often happening around Gareth's own kitchen table - ‘Around The Tabletop’ is a way for music lovers to experience a raw and unfiltered performance in a historic and unique setting.

As well as songs featured in countless hit TV shows such as NASHVILLE, Lucifer, House & Marshals and major motion pictures like ‘Best Of Me’ & ’Safe Haven’ , his songs have been recorded by music legends such as Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, John Oates & T.I.

‘Around The Tabletop’ will give fans the chance to hear Gareth and his band like never before.

Join the murmuration !🕊

Come along to Templemore Baths this Saturday 2nd May between 11am-1pm to a free public workshop to learn the basics of copper embossing and make a starling lead by .

This workshop takes places during the Templemore Spring Craft Fayre, so come along and peruse the local handmade treasures, and start the bank holiday weekend off right!🙌

This workshop is part of our 'Taking Flight' project, collaborating with seniors groups across East Belfast to create an installation inspired by the beloved starlings at the Albert bridge.
This is your opportunity to create a starling that will be added to the final artwork, bringing together people from all across the East to form our own murmuration 🕊
