‘Held by liquid light’

This 60x60cm oil painting captures a moment last summer in Ballintoy harbour. The sea was so calm and the light sparkled across the surface…pretty magical to go swimming in!
This painting will be exhibited as part of the .art annual exhibition, opening Saturday 1st August.

Starting off this New Year joining in with the .art challenge for the month of January. This year is set to be busy but looking forward to a solo exhibition in Sept (booked over a year ago) at The Graffan Gsllery,
The title I’ve chosen to explore is ‘The land that holds us’ - thoughts about belonging, place, light and beauty. I’ll keep you posted on my progress but keep 5th Sept in your diary.
I’ve so enjoyed the slow start to the year…thanks as ever for following along and for all your support in 2025 🫶🏻
