What a great documentary on the history of hip hop in Northern Ireland. Really accurate and a strong representation of the culture. Seeing so many of our projects make the cut reminds us just how much work has gone in since we opened and how proud we are of everything we’ve produced and the impact it’s had on people and the scene. Hopefully we’ll see more pieces like this that show how far things have come and the incredible talent rising across NI right now. Big up the creators and all involved ❤️👊🏽

This is Jorday’s mum sharing her truth.
The pain, the pressure, and the reality so many young people in our communities are facing every day.
Addiction, violence, mental health — and a system that’s often not built to help them.

Through it all, Jorday found moments of peace and purpose through music, and platforms like Hotbox gave him the space to express what words couldn’t.

This isn’t just one story — it’s a reflection of what so many families are going through right now.
We need to keep creating safe, creative spaces where young people can speak, heal, and be heard. 🕯️
