It is always such a hold-you-breath moment when a printing delivery arrives - Will they have made a mistake? Have I made the right paper choices? Will I spot a typo now I’ve printed 150 of these?!
But today, all is well. 😅 And I have 2027’s calendars in all their beautiful glory in my home office, with pre-orders heading out this afternoon. 🎉
I think this might be the most pleased I’ve ever been with a calendar I’ve made… which is saying something, because this is my 5th! 😂
I made a slightly nerve-wracking change this year and switched the inside pages to thick, uncoated paper. It means they’re so much nicer to write on, whatever pen you happen to grab — and, most importantly, no smudging if you’re left-handed! IYKYK 🤩🤩🤩
I was nervous about making the change because I did love the paper I have used in previous years, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely the right decision. Sometimes you just have to trust your gut (and hope no mistakes are made in production…)
And now I’m basically obsessed with them. I may have flicked through the pages approximately 27 times already. I’ve set my own aside so I won’t be selling out without keeping one for myself this year. Still I bit sad I didn’t get my own copy in 2026.
