The blender Future Sessions are back for an autumn show this September, featuring another fresh cast of new and emerging bands from the live music neighbourhood, giving you all another chance to discover your favourite new band before the year is out.

Indie rockers The Scenesters and pop punkers Life Before Seatbelts are making their first trip to Esquires and we welcome Sycamore, rising out of the paused Plateau experiment along with the mighty Kate Gore and The Screamers, who are currently laying down tracks in the studio and will have a brand new single out to celebrate next month

The wonderful Beattie is back for a full headline show at Esquires in October with tickets on sale TOMORROW from 10am. Great to be working with The Pad to bring Beattie back to Bedford as part of her first UK headline tour. The local girl packed out the place last year at our Future Sessions show and we expect this one to sell fast.

We had a great time at the BLMK Battle of The Bands grand final at . Thanks to for the invite and staging a superb event. Massive well done to winners Edith Dog and runners up Lyra, plus all the finalists for putting on a brilliant show. Look out for Avenida, Gold Dusk, The Risk, Life Before Seatbelts, Fever Dream, Breaking Mirrors, TBD, Dynasty, Substitute and Lacerator.

This Thursday we're back at The Stables for almost our 20th Battle Of The Bands. This year sees all four areas of BLMK Music Hub enter three bands each. A very big thanks to our sponsors Marshall Amplification and Kawai Pianos UK. This year's judges are Alan and Molly from Blender and Marcel from Creative Pathways. Let the battle commence!
