Picking the right DJ is more important than you think.

3 tips:

Make sure they stay in contact with you, they should be replying to messages and emails during the build up to your Wedding date.

Make sure they listen to what you have planned and understand your music tastes, as there is nothing worse than a DJ playing music you do not enjoy.

Make sure they can mix… sounds silly? But if you want to have a proper party, the cheapest DJ might just turn up and play one song after the other which kills the energy massively. With proper mixing, beat matching, the right music and phrasing, your dancefloor is almost certainly not going to dip in energy.
