Our Sensory Soft Play Event is happening this Sunday - don’t miss out on this inclusive and supportive session for children, young people, and families.

📍 John Bunyan Sports & Fitness Centre

Hosted in partnership with Bedford Borough Parent Carer Forum, this event is all about creating a safe, welcoming space and bringing families together. It’s also a chance for parent carers to share their experiences and help shape local services.

You are invited to join us on Thursday 19th September 2024 at John Bunyan Sports and Fitness in our Sports Hall from 10.30am-1pm where there will be opportunities to meet with different health groups and have a taster of some of the local wellness services available.

With all the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be difficult to make our health and wellness a priority and we can end up needing to treat health conditions rather than preventing them. With health and exercise professionals in attendance, this could be a good chance to ask questions and develop more awareness of what is out there to help you to improve both your and loved one's health and well-being.
