On Saturday night, an incredible thing happened that I still can't quite get my head around... I had the privilege of leading The Hawkstone Farmers Choir in the finals of Britain's Got Talent.... AND THEY WON! The first choir in BGT history to do so! 🤩

That's completely down to all the incredible love and support we've had from the farming and choir communities as well as all our friends and families. We couldn't have done it without you! THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏

Singing is SO important and really improves your mental health and I get to do it week in, week out with my fabulous choirs. Winning BGT only highlights how precious my job is when I see the difference it makes to people.

I can't wait to see my wonderful Choral Nova next week so we can have a good old sing in preparation for our upcoming concerts in July.

This time getting into the seasonal 'PROMS' spirit. With the wonderful Pam Rhodes (BBC Songs of Praise) hosting again, it's going to be a night to remember! 🇬🇧

I'm so very proud of our wonderful community choir and am really looking forward to a fantastic 2026 with lots of fabulous new music and concerts. Here are some highlights below from this term.

WE WILL REMEMBER THEM... 🌺

We were very privileged to sing once again at the Armistice Day Service at Milton Keynes Rose this morning.

A very moving event which brought local communities, dignitaries and representatives of our forces together in reflection and remembrance of those who have fallen or suffered in conflict. Thank you for our freedom! 🙏

OH WHAT A NIGHT!! 😍

We took over 60 singers from our choir to The Royal Albert Hall as part of The Really Big Chorus Messiah From Scratch. It was our first time for the majority of us.

Over 3000 singers from 22 different countries with Brian Kay leading the English Festival Orchestra. The rest of the seats filled with a very appreciative audience.
I sat next to a lovely lady from Ireland and we've planned a singing trip over there already!

Incredible soloists and a special mention to the BRILLIANT counter-tenor who stood in last minute due to illness of the mezzo-sop.

It was only meant to be a bit of a choir social but I think it's going to be an annual event forevermore! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Truly moving and joyous at the same time. The sound was phenomenal!

A total privilege to be a part of something so special. WE'LL BE BACK!! 🎼
