Downtown will be open tonight as usual from 10pm, however we won’t be showing the Football.

Our license still is only until 2am so unfortunately we will not be staying open later for after the match if it’s delayed.

If you aren’t a football fan and want to still have a good night, dance and sing along then Downtown is the place to be 🎤🕺

Downtown is open again this Friday evening from 10pm until last orders 1:30🍻🍻

Get yourselves down for some dancing, karaoke, play a bit of pool whatever your fancying we have got it.

Please note we will not be opening on Saturday evening. All the pubs are staying open later for the England game, we don’t have any TVs so aren’t showing it, and by the time it’s finished and you’ve got up here itll be last orders. It makes more sense for you to be in the pubs amongst the atmosphere and watching the match cheering the lads on, hopefully it’s coming home ⚽️⚽️

From next Friday (19th), we will be bringing back the 11 o’clock rule, where by you have to have been in by 11pm otherwise you will not be allowed in after 11pm.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and can keep the atmosphere fun and professional during busy nights, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Serving drinks quickly and responsibly
* Handling cash and card payments
* Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Working as part of a late-night team
* Helping maintain a safe and positive environment

Shifts
*Friday and Saturday 9:30pm - 2:30am

What We’re Looking For
* Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work late evenings at weekends
* Friendly, hardworking, and reliable attitude
* Confident working under pressure
* Good communication and teamwork skills
