Have you spotted the pink bra bunting around the town and in the Courtyard in Bawtry? 👙
It’s just one of the many ways our local communities are coming together for All in Pink — a community initiative bringing Bawtry, Tickhill, Epworth and Harworth together to raise awareness and support those affected by breast cancer.
This year, we are proud to be supporting CoppaFeel the breast cancer charity with a particular focus on young women and young people, encouraging everyone to know their bodies, check their chests and understand the signs and symptoms of breast cancer. 💗

This Sunday is our regular Visit Bawtry Farmers Market but we are turning Pink!! During the month of October we have various events raising money for this year’s chosen charity coppafeel All market fees are being donated to the charity thanks to Bawtry Town Council. You may also see our famous inflatable b***s!!

Please come and support no only the stall holders but this fantastic charity. 💓

Just under an hour before this all starts. Tickhill & District Lions will be on Market Hill carpark selling maps thanks to Bawtry Town Council. We have a couple of additional locations added being The Courtyard and The Old Vicarage, Martin Lane. The whole list and map will be released at 12 noon so buy a map to get your early bird opportunity!!

Pop down to Bawtry Eye Academy tomorrow and try out some Meta glasses 🤓 🕶️ 😎

What can smart glasses do?

This Saturday, a trained Ray-Ban Meta Brand Ambassador will be joining us at Bawtry Eye Academy for a special drop-in demonstration day.

You’ll be able to try Ray-Ban Meta glasses for yourself, see the different features in action and get straightforward answers to your questions.

As well as hands-free calls, photographs and video, we’ll be exploring how the technology may help people with low vision, how staying connected hands-free could be useful when out alone, and what others can see when the glasses are recording.

We are excited to collect the maps for our first Bawtry Clutter Trail to support Tickhill & District Lions.

Maps go on sale tomorrow (Tuesday) at Eclipse Books for £2 (cash only) and will be sold by the Lions on Saturday 19th on Market Hill.

We will promote the venues later in the day but the map will be essential to pick up the early bargains!!

We have already raised £480 for this great cause 💜
